Shop & Establishment Act is applicable for each & every premise, so each business premises whether you have one or more employees, has to be registered under this Act. SRS offers Establishment Compliance Services which includes registrations, maintenance of records, displays, attending inspections, return submissions etc. under this Act.
Contract Labour Compliance Services
Any establishment or company engages a number of contractors or contract labours to carry out different works. A principal employer is ultimately responsible for the compliance of contractors. If you or your contractor have 20 or more such employees, some states are different rules both have to be registered under this Act & to obtain registration & license respectively. SRS offers unique services ensure the compliance of your company as well as your contractors and ensure the contractors are fully compliant.
Factory Compliance Services
A premise where manufacturing process is being carried on with 20 or more workmen, has to be registered under this Act. We offer Services which includes registrations, maintenance of records, displays, attending inspections, return submission, welfare facilities etc.
PF & ESI Compliance Services
An establishment/company/factory where 10 or more in case of ESI Act & 20 or more in case of PF Act, is to be registered under The ESI Act & The PF Act respectively. SRS provides services under these two acts which includes registrations, maintenance of records, Govt. inspections, return submission, generating online Challans & ECR etc.
